Responsibilities

  • Assist the Architectural Managing Principal with project oversight and operations management
  • Support strategic planning, execution, growth, and recruiting efforts

  • Work closely with office leadership, including design and market principals
  • Act as project manager on designated projects in addition to management duties
  • Perform additional duties as required

Full Job Description
In the role of Operations Principal, we'll count on you to:

  • Assist the Architectural Managing Principal with daily operations, such as project oversight, management reviews, quality control, financials and mentoring.
  • Assist with strategic planning, execution, growth and recruiting.
  • Work directly with business development staff on project planning, financial information, staffing requirements, and other related matters.
  • Work cooperatively with office leadership including design and market principals.
  • Serve as a project manager on projects in addition to management responsibilities.
  • Perform other duties as needed.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Architectural registration and extensive related technical management experience.
  • Good leadership and organizational skills.
  • Service and client-related personality.
  • Experience in development and management of diverse teams preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of Architectural experience
