Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Previous field experience in propane and distillate retail business is desirable.
• CTEP certification is a plus.
• Gas piping experience is highly preferred.
• Valid Class A or B CDL required, or willingness to obtain.
• Hazardous Materials, Airbrakes, and Tanker endorsements required, or willingness to obtain.
• Strong knowledge of DOT safety requirements and regulations.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient with technology and back-office systems for business operations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily service scheduling and customer care.
• Project workforce and material needs for seasonal demands.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance for the vehicle fleet and manage repairs.
• Assist with distribution and storage operations.
• Design and execute service processes for repairs and dispatch work.
• Maintain inventory quality compliance for fuel distribution.
• Ensure timely completion of safety meetings.
• Manage vehicle and employee compliance with DOT regulations.
• Conduct performance reviews for branch employees where applicable.
• Approve hourly employee time cards as needed.
• Adapt to required evening and weekend work schedules.
• Handle lifting tasks up to 75 lbs and working in various physical conditions.
