Operations Center Build Project Manager You Have: 10+ years of experience managing complex technical, engineering, construction, facilities, or systems integration projects 5+ years in a project or program management leadership role Experience leading the design, build-out, renovation, modernization, or integration of operations centers, command-and-control (C2) facilities, secure facilities, or data centers Experience managing multidisciplinary projects involving facilities, network infrastructure, communications, audiovisual systems, physical security, and mission equipment Experience managing integrated project schedules, milestones, dependencies, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, and performance metrics Experience coordinating government customers, engineers, construction contractors, system integrators, vendors, security personnel, IT and network teams, and mission stakeholders Experience managing procurement, long-lead equipment, site preparation, installation sequencing, and technical dependencies across multiple workstreams Experience identifying and resolving cost, schedule, technical, security, facility, and integration risks affecting project delivery and operational readiness TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience integrating classified networks, secure communications, audiovisual and display systems, operator workstations, and mission IT infrastructure Experience managing facility commissioning, systems acceptance testing, operational readiness reviews, and transition-to-operations activities Experience managing construction and technology integration activities within active or operational secure facilities Knowledge of DoD requirements for physical security, cybersecurity, information assurance, classified facilities, and secure communications Ability to communicate project status, risks, dependencies, decision points, and recommendations to senior government and contractor leadership Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Compensation Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individuals particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allens total compensation package for employees.
