Responsibilities

Full Job Description
ASRC Federal / Broadleaf Division is seeking qualified candidates to fill the Operations Analyst position supporting our SOCOM (J6) work located in Tampa FL. Position is 100% onsite at MacDill AFB. TS/SCI Clearances required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The Operations Analyst is responsible for assisting the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) J65 with Senior level Subject Matter Expertise and providing programmatic support.
  • Define governance framework to include execution and measurement of strategic and tactical plans.
  • Assist the Government in collecting and developing strategic and tactical plans to identify, manage, and direct resources to support USSOCOM mission.
  • Assist in coordinating delivery and installation of new product and services, as required.
  • Monitor taskings and projects for major disruptions, incidents, or issues, use technical background and experience to track status and facilitate questions for, or status updates to, designated "J65".
  • Provide interim progress reviews to the Government on an as-needed basis.
  • Assist in proposing, implementing, and enforcing Government policies, standards, and methodologies.
  • Provide IT Governance, programmatic and technical assistance.
  • Develop client relationships based on value and personal interactions by exceeding client expectations.
  • Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional. Track labor hours as directed.
  • Exhibits qualities of cooperation, adaptability and flexibility as changes occur in the department and maintains a positive attitude.
  • Core hours are in accordance with the core Command hours from Monday through Friday.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Active DoD Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) - Required
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred) with 8+ years of experience in project and technical support and or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting high level DoD customers and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently or in a team framework.
  • Ability to research and gather information; verify and analyze data.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external organizations.
