Operations AccountantWhat can you expect in the role of Operations Accountant?- Support the day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, banking transactions, and journal entries.
- Assist with account reconciliations, payroll & related administrative support.
- Help maintain organized records for finance and other departments while ensuring transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with the Controller and gain exposure to many aspects of finance and business operations-not just one specialty
Must-haves: What you'll need for this role?- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to manage multiple priorities
What would be a plus in this role?- Experience with ERP systems and general ledger accounting.
- Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, or month-end close.
- Knowledge of process improvement or documentation.
- Experience working in manufacturing, engineering, or technology companies.
- Familiarity with multi-company or international accounting environments.

- Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
- Journal Entries and Account Reconciliations
- Payroll and Organizing/maintaining related information
