Job Description Summary

Job Description

This position will follow our hybrid work model; we expect the selected candidate to work 3 days a week at our Saint Petersburg, FL, corporate office.

Monitor and analyze the organization's operational risk exposure, and contribute to the development of operational risk policies. Analyze existing processes, procedures and systems and advise on improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and/or implement contingency plans for significant aspects of risk management and risk control processes.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of organizational policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and applicable codes of conduct, ensuring work is completed in accordance with established standards.
  • Identify patterns of noncompliance within the team, take appropriate action to address concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Analyze data from a variety of sources to identify key themes, trends, and potential impacts to the business.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and support the completion of data, reporting, and analytics deliverables.
  • Advise stakeholders on the design and implementation of new processes and systems that align with professional standards and business requirements.
  • Support stakeholder engagement efforts by identifying key stakeholders, understanding their needs and concerns, coordinating meetings and events, and preparing materials that foster understanding and commitment.


Skills & Competencies
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate insights that support business decision-making.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles, including risk identification, assessment, prioritization, and mitigation.
  • Experience reviewing recommendations and requirements and developing practical plans or actions to address them.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information from multiple sources.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes.
  • Ability to balance regulatory, operational, and business considerations when making recommendations or decisions.
