Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Significant recruiting experience with successes in corporate, RPO, or agency settings
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including ATS and social media tools
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition
• Technical recruitment experience required
• Experience in understanding and negotiating commission-based compensation plans

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications and provide market data
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies
• Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements to deliver strong candidate slates
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process with timely updates
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members
