Reporting to the Director of IT Digital Initiatives, you'll be pivotal in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and evolution of our IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) cloud platform. Responsibilities - Manage and support the IBM Sterling OMS Cloud Product, focusing on operational excellence and system uptime. - Lead user access management, including user roles and permissions to maintain platform security. - Monitor platform health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving system issues before they impact users or operations. - Oversee order management processes: monitor alert queues, triage integration issues, and resolve technical errors promptly. - Collaborate in end-to-end integrated system testing, representing OMS within cross-functional IT and business initiatives. - Analyze and troubleshoot complex integration payloads (EDI, XML, SFTP), ensuring seamless communication between OMS and other systems. - Maintain meticulous documentation of OMS configurations, workflows, and system changes. - Communicate proactively with stakeholders-from frontline staff to IT management-addressing incidents, risks, and improvement opportunities. - Ensure compliance with IT risk management standards, local laws, and industry best practices. - Support and reinforce Crocs' mission, values, and positive culture by promoting open-mindedness and innovation. Required Skills and Experience - 5+ years of hands-on IBM Sterling OMS operations and technical support experience within a B2C environment. - Deep subject matter expertise in IBM Sterling OMS cloud operations, testing, and systems integration. - Proven experience troubleshooting and supporting integrations via EDI, XML, and SFTP. - Solid background in Agile software development, code review, and deployment best practices. - Exceptional communication skills (10/10)-ability to translate complex technical issues for diverse audiences. - Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving platform and integration challenges. - US-based; must be authorized to work without sponsorship.
