Operating with a structured problem-solving approach, this role will lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that enhance and strengthen our organization's culture and enhance colleague connectivity in service of greater retention, growth, and performance. This role will partner across the region to diagnose organizational challenges, pilot new solutions, and help embed scalable ways of working into existing business processes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, exploring and uncovering possibilities, working directly with senior leaders, and investing in initiatives that improve culture and colleague experience.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Strategic Change Initiatives and Pilots- Manage high-impact, cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation
- Translate broad strategic priorities into structured workplans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive execution across multiple stakeholders while ensuring initiatives remain on track, picking up the pen to drive these initiatives as needed
- Design pilots, measure outcomes, and refine solutions based on feedback and results
- Partner with business leaders to embed successful pilots into day-to-day operations and existing business processes
Diagnose Organizational Challenges- Apply structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving to identify root causes of business and organizational challenges related to culture and colleague engagement
- Gather and synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights through interviews, focus groups, data analysis, and research
- Develop recommendations that balance business needs, colleague experience, feasibility, and long-term scalability
Partner Across the Business- Build strong working relationships across the region and all staff types, Industry and Capability Practices, Functions, and leadership teams
- Influence stakeholders without direct authority to drive alignment and execution
- Act as connective tissue across teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and adopted successfully
Support Executive Decision-Making- Prepare presentations and analysis to inform leadership decisions on culture and engagement priorities, presentations, and recommendations, synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable insights
- Help Leaders navigate tradeoffs, prioritize initiatives, and make informed decisions
- Develop and track regional metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of culture and engagement initiatives; provide regular reports and insights to steer team priorities
Required Skills and Attributes- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, organizational effectiveness, or a similar analytical role
- Strong structured problem-solving skills with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous challenges
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion
- Experience gathering and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation development
- Comfort moving between strategy development and hands-on execution
- Curious, proactive, and energized by building new solutions rather than maintaining existing processes
- Collaborative and low ego, with a strong bias toward teamwork and shared outcomes
- Passion for driving initiatives targeted at improving culture, colleague engagement; prior experience with culture, operating model design (desirable)
The applicable base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $150,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
