Responsibilities

The Offering Leader serves as the executive business owner of the Company's AI offering portfolio, operating as a General Manager with full accountability for business outcomes across assigned domains (e.g., AI). This role is accountable for strategy, portfolio performance, lifecycle execution, partner ecosystem alignment, and financial outcomes, ensuring offerings are scalable, differentiated, and aligned to NWN's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) framework. The Offering Director acts as the executive owner of the portfolio, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, lifecycle discipline, and portfolio scalability through a PLM-driven operating model.

  • Own end-to-end performance of the offering portfolio, including revenue, margin, adoption, and lifecycle outcomes
  • Define and execute multi-year portfolio strategy aligned to company growth priorities and market direction.
  • Lead portfolio rationalization (build, partner, retire) to optimize focus, scalability, and profitability.
  • Establish and track KPIs and performance metrics to measure portfolio health, adoption, and financial outcomes.
  • Ensure adoption and execution of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) across all offerings (define, build, launch, optimize, retire).
  • Drive standardization, governance, and lifecycle discipline in partnership with Product Operations and governance teams.
  • Define portfolio roadmap and strategic priorities, ensuring alignment across Product Managers and offerings
  • Drive differentiation through integrated solutions, AI capabilities, and platform (EMP) innovation.
  • Own pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies to ensure margin-based design and financial performance.
  • Define and lead partner ecosystem strategy, including partner selection, alignment, and joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Finance, and Leadership to drive go-to-market execution and customer outcomes.
  • Lead governance and operating cadence, including business reviews, executive reporting, and portfolio performance oversight
  • Promote a confident and professional environment driving a strong and positive corporate culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or relevant experience. Required
  • 12–15+ years of experience in product, offerings, or portfolio leadership roles Required
  • Proven track record of owning P&L and scaling technology or services portfolios
  • Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategy, margin management, and cost-to-serve optimization
  • Deep understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and product-led operating models
  • Strong program and project management capabilities, with experience implementing scalable processes and operating models
  • Executive presence with exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate market opportunities, performance data, and customer needs
  • Experience with cloud, collaboration, CX, or managed services technologies relevant to NWN’s portfolio
  • PMP Certification or other Technical Certifications Preferred
