The Occupational Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
- Develop personalized treatment plans and therapy goals
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve independence and quality of life
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and adaptive equipment
- Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
What We Are Looking For- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid Occupational Therapist license/certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in pediatric, geriatric, or rehabilitation settings is a plus
- CPR certification preferred
