Position offers a starting salary range of $71,000.00 - $91,0000.00 USDPay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNAThis role will be central to our new development projects, defining the specific controls interfaces for the users of our vehicles. The right candidate will:
- Participate in cross-functional teams to define the driver interface,
- Own the Occupant Controls system and be accountable for the instantiation of all implementations into the system definition,
- Coordinate with stakeholders representing differing priorities from cross-functional perspectives
- Be willing to pilot design methodologies with the goal of improving our processes
Knowledge You Should Bring- A Bachelors degree and 0-2 years of experience, of 4 years of relevant engineering experience, is required.
- Requirements authoring and technical writing skills
- An interest in Human-Machine-Interface design
- Understanding of the function and use of commercial vehicles
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent Teamwork skills
- An attached resume is required
Exceptional Candidates Might Have- A Bachelors in Engineering is preferred
- Experience in Systems Engineering
- Experience with requirements management tools i.e. IBM DOORs
- Experience with process management tools i.e. JIRA
- Experience creating/deploying digital tools
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
