Full Job Description
NTT DATA Services currently seeks an O365 Migration Architect to join our team in San Diego, CA.

We are seeking a highly skilled O365 Migration Architect to lead and support enterprise-level Office 365 migration initiatives. This role will partner closely with Enterprise Architecture (EA), internal IT teams, and client stakeholders to design, integrate, and execute seamless migration and cutover strategies.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and execution of O365 migration projects (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams)
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and client IT teams to align migration strategy with overall technology roadmap
  • Design and implement system integration approaches across identity, security, and collaboration platforms
  • Develop and execute migration and cutover plans, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Assess existing environments and define migration strategies, dependencies, and sequencing
  • Troubleshoot complex migration and integration issues, driving resolution in partnership with stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards throughout the migration lifecycle
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and client stakeholders
  • Document architecture, configurations, and best practices for ongoing support and optimization


Required Skills/Experience
  • 5+ years strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 architecture and migration
  • 5+ years proven experience leading enterprise-scale migrations
  • Bachelors degree


Preferences
  • Experience in hybrid environments (on-prem to cloud migrations)
  • Knowledge of Intune, security & compliance tools, and endpoint management
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, or equivalent)
  • Experience in client-facing consulting or advisory roles

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($90-$102/hour). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
