We are seeking an experienced and dedicated
Nurse Supervisor to join our skilled nursing facility team. The main responsibility is overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and providing leadership to nursing staff. Also should be responsible in creating a positive work culture that promotes mutual respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and evaluate nursing staff to ensure compliance with care standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor patient health status and provide clinical guidance to nursing staff as needed.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and facilitate effective communication among team members.
- Ensure the facility maintains high standards of patient safety and quality of care.
- Participate in staff training and development, providing mentorship and guidance to junior nurses.
- Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transitions of care to ensure seamless services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid and unrestricted RN/LVN license in the state of practice (California) is a must
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or similar facility is preferred
- Previous Nursing supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
