Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA-C) - Outpatient Pain ManagementFull-Time | Monday-Friday | No Nights, Weekends, or CallOutpatient Interventional Pain ManagementBase Salary: $100,000-$125,000 + Productivity BonusSchedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday
Travel: Occasional travel between clinic locations
What You'll Do- Perform pain-focused histories and physical exams
- Evaluate and manage acute and chronic pain conditions
- Develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Provide pre- and post-procedure follow-up care
- Educate patients on diagnoses, procedures, medications, and treatment expectations
- Prescribe medications in accordance with state regulations and practice guidelines
- Document patient visits accurately in the EMR
- Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and clinical staff

Your onboarding includes approximately two weeks of side-by-side training focused on:
- Pain-focused assessments
- Treatment planning and follow-up care
- Patient communication and education
- Workflow and documentation support
Beyond onboarding, supervising physicians remain readily available for:
- Clinical questions
- Treatment plan collaboration
- Guidance on complex patient cases
- Ongoing mentorship and development

Qualifications- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Active, unrestricted state license
- National certification required
- BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
