Bucky Plastic Surgery one of our valued partners, is looking for a Medical Aesthetician to join their fast-growing, state-of-the-art clinic located in Ardmore, PA.

The ideal candidate will have a love for the aesthetic industry, a deep understanding of advanced skincare treatments, and exceptional customer service skills. We are seeking someone with a passion for collaboration, who is eager to help both the team and patients achieve their goals. The Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality patient care, perform aesthetic and medical procedures, and work collaboratively with our providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in aesthetic procedures, excellent clinical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Work Schedule:

This is a full time position requiring 40 hours per week. The role is onsite with standard working hours 8:30AM-5PM. We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance while ensuring business needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, review medical histories, determine clinical suitability, and provide patient education and follow-up care related to aesthetic procedures and treatments.
  • Perform aesthetic medical procedures, with a focus on advance laser treatments.
  • Accurately document patient encounters and outcomes in the EMR while maintaining compliance with all applicable clinical, safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
  • Support clinic operations by assisting providers, maintaining clean and organized treatment areas, managing inventory and supplies, and participating in staff training and continuing education.
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience by promoting retention, recommending skincare products and services, supporting patient engagement initiatives, and representing the practice with professionalism, integrity, and brand loyalty.


Qualifications:

  • Nurse Practitioner with current licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • 2+ years' experience as a nurse injector is strongly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to educate patients and collaborate effectively with the medical team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in patient assessments, treatment plans, and documentation.
