Indotronix is looking for a highly skilled Numerical Control Programmer (NCP) Level 3 to join our team in Everett, WA. About the Role

- Lead the development and optimization of CNC programs for advanced 5-axis machining systems in aerospace applications
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive manufacturing excellence, quality, and efficiency
- Work a consistent first-shift schedule (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) in a modern, supportive workplace

Responsibilities

- Create, revise, and optimize NC programs, tooling geometry, and detailed setup documentation for 5-axis CNC machines
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T to translate requirements into precise machining instructions
- Develop machining setups, tooling, fixturing, and operational strategies for complex aerospace components
- Produce setup sheets and operator guides to ensure safe, consistent, and high-quality machine operation
- Validate programs using Vericut simulation to proactively eliminate collisions and errors
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues, supporting first-article inspections and ongoing production
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineering, tooling, planning, and shop-floor teams to improve cycle times and reduce scrap
- Maintain accurate program revisions and configuration control documentation
- Support the design and development of custom fixtures and tooling for specialized machining needs

Required Skills and Experience

- 5+ years of NC programming experience in production machining
- Demonstrated expertise in programming 5-axis CNC machines for aerospace components
- Proficient in CATIA V5 NC programming and Vericut simulation software
- Strong skills in reading/interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T
- Ability to create clear setup documentation and operator instructions
- Associate degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Experience designing custom fixtures and tooling
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing and first-article inspection processes
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement abilities
