Your CharterAs the NPI Project Manager, Supply Chain, you will own material readiness and planning execution for new product introductions across multiple commodity areas including motors, PCBs, structural components, batteries, and electromechanical assemblies. You will serve as the connective tissue between Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Program Management to ensure materials, systems, and processes are aligned to support successful builds and production ramps.
Key Outcomes- Ensure material readiness for all prototype, validation, and production builds through proactive planning and cross-functional coordination.
- Maintain inventory health by balancing material availability, excess inventory risk, and changing program requirements.
- Translate production schedules and engineering demand into actionable procurement and planning requirements.
- Drive successful NPI launches by establishing clear-to-build processes, BOM readiness, and supply chain risk mitigation plans.
- Improve planning system accuracy, reporting visibility, and operational execution through continuous process improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in material planning, production planning, supply chain operations, or NPI program management.
- Hands-on experience using ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent enterprise planning systems.
- Experience supporting hardware manufacturing, electronics, robotics, automotive, or other complex manufacturing environments.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities with experience managing data-driven planning decisions.
Preferred Skills- Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) programs from prototype through production launch.
- Familiarity with PLM, MES, and engineering change management processes.
- Experience working with electronics, PCBAs, battery systems, or electromechanical assemblies.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent analytics platforms.
Compensation Range$90,000 - $110,000 per year
