Digital Marketing Operations & Program Manager (Non-Technical Program Manager 4)

ANDERSEN is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Operations & Program Manager to drive operational excellence across complex, cross-functional digital marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of commercial web strategy, business operations, customer journey planning, and AI-enabled process optimization.

You will partner with marketing, analytics, web, content, creative, development, and business teams to ensure work is visible, prioritized, and delivered efficiently. This is a high-impact opportunity to help scale a connected digital marketing ecosystem while improving planning, governance, and execution across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize marketing operations processes, workflows, and intake governance across cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate planning and execution activities across web, email, analytics, customer journey, paid media, content, creative, and development workstreams.
  • Monitor project pipelines, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution of issues and blockers.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment by leading operating rhythm meetings, status reviews, and executive updates.
  • Maintain and improve process documentation, playbooks, governance frameworks, and operational standards.
  • Create leadership-ready reports, presentations, and business updates that provide visibility into priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery and operational effectiveness.
  • Analyze operational performance data and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, transparency, and execution quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation, AI-enabled workflows, and standardized operating procedures.
  • Support strategic planning efforts and help establish scalable business processes that improve organizational performance.


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Digital Marketing, Web Marketing Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience supporting commercial web properties, marketing campaigns, customer journey programs, or account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
  • Strong background in workflow management, process design, governance, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and business priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, and project management platforms such as ClickUp, Project, Asana, or Smartsheet.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with customer journey mapping and integrated digital marketing programs.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and campaign operations.
  • Experience managing agency, supplier, or vendor relationships.
  • Familiarity with executive communications, leadership reporting, and Rhythm of Business (RoB) processes.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve decision-making.
