Program Manager - Product Launch & Release Management

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support product launch and release management initiatives across our client's productivity experiences. This role will drive cross-functional planning, execution, readiness, communications, and operational excellence for software releases and customer-impacting initiatives.

Working closely with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Support, Servicing, and Business Operations teams, you will coordinate launch activities, manage schedules and dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery of key milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, release schedules, launch timelines, and readiness activities.
• Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment on launch goals, deliverables, customer communications, and operational readiness.
• Track and communicate program status, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support software release planning, launch execution, adoption initiatives, and product lifecycle management activities.
• Create executive-ready presentations, status reports, dashboards, and business updates.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews, launch readiness meetings, decision-making forums, and post-launch assessments.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency and execution quality.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring deliverables meet schedule, quality, and business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience supporting complex technology programs.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving both engineering and business stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating project plans, executive communications, status reporting, and risk management processes.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting software product launches, release readiness, lifecycle management, or customer communications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Office, Windows, or enterprise software environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with distributed teams and executive stakeholders.
