We are currently seeking a New Product Development Marketing Manager.The New Product Development Marketing Manager drives the execution of global product marketing initiatives for Therm-a-Rest, PackTowl, SealLine, Varilite while supporting key commercial and sales enablement programs across assigned brands. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality marketing outputs that support our product launches, sales initiatives, and global events.
This role serves as a central integrator across teams, ensuring alignment of inputs, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Marketing & Project Management - Own end-to-end marketing delivery for Therm-a-Rest, PackTowl and Varilite product portfolios for all artwork components on the product Bill of Materials
- Develop Marketing project briefs, timelines, and milestones for new and existing products
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives on time and to standard
- Support product positioning, naming, and messaging development
Commercial Programs & Sales Enablement - Provide planning and execution support for the Elastic Customs Collections Outdoor Brands digital workbook
- Ensure alignment of Thermarest, PackTowl and Varilite product information, messaging, and assets across all materials.
- Trade shows, events, and POP/signage
- Sell sheets and other sales collateral
- Act as primary point of contact for Sales intake, translating needs into actionable marketing deliverables
Elastic/Digital Workbook Ownership - Support planning and execution of global sales enablement initiatives, including Elastic Custom Collections Outdoor Brands digital workbook (2x annually)
- Ensure alignment of product information, messaging, and assets across all materials
- Partner with Senior NPD Marketing Manager, Sales and Product teams to gather inputs
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical product information
Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with:
- Product Development teams to support product launches
- Sales teams to align on priorities and deliverables
- Operations and Configuration Control for artwork release and production timelines
- Creative team to provide copy and graphic direction
- Coordinate inputs across multiple brands and stakeholders to ensure cohesive outputs
Asset Development & Execution Oversee development of:
- Packaging (multilingual)
- Product instructions and documentation
- On-product graphics and color consultation
- Content for website PDP updates and new product launches (in partnership with Marketing and Ecommerce team)
- Support photo shoots and asset creation (with Creative/Production teams)
Process & Workflow Management - Manage project workflows and timelines within project management system
- Develop and refine processes to improve efficiency and execution
- Coordinate with external vendors (translations, print, creative)
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable experience in related field
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, project management, or related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Ability to manage timelines, assets, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in consumer goods, outdoor industry, or related field
- Experience supporting sales enablement initiatives (e.g., collateral, events, catalogs/workbooks)
- Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar)
- Familiarity with packaging, print production, and/or asset development processes
