Base salary: $125,698.00 - $142,324.00 per year
CME Allowance: $3,000

What You Will DoThis is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated NP/PA to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
Position Highlights:
- Join busy Neurosurgery practice
- Team supports Neurosurgery inpatient and outpatient service at two acute care hospitals and a rehab facility for Neurosurgeons, adults and pediatrics
- Cover inpatient census, first call ER, consults, rounding, coordinates inpatient surgeries
- Critical Care or Neuroscience bedside nursing clinical experience required
- Practice setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
- Assist in OR is optional
- On-call rotation for holidays, weekends and PTO coverage
- Surgical and on call experience preferred
- Team Camaraderie: Experience a close-knit, supportive neurosurgery team working together.
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Eligible for state medical license and DEA/Controlled Substance

What You Will NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.
- Registered Nurse preferred.
Education:
- Master's degree of Nursing required.
