Your role

We're looking for someone like that who can:
• Support the development, planning, and execution of firmwide net-new-money initiatives, including promotional offers, incentives, campaigns, and targeted prospecting efforts
• Evaluate growth opportunities and develop strategic recommendations that inform campaign prioritization, investment decisions, and campaign execution
• Coordinate campaign logistics including timelines, messaging inputs, tracking needs, and communication to the field to ensure smooth and consistent delivery
• Work with internal partners to gather requirements, refine campaign concepts, and support end-to-end execution
• Manage performance tracking for campaigns and promotions, partnering closely with Business Intelligence to monitor outcomes and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness
• Assist with the development of materials that help advisors and clients understand how to use campaign tools and take advantage of promotional programs
Your team
Located in New York, you will be part of the GWM US Channel and Prospecting Office supporting the Head of Partnerships and Lead Generation. You will work in close partnership with US GWM business leaders and aligned product teams to help deliver growth initiatives, prospecting campaigns, and promotional programs.
Your expertise
• ideally 4-7 years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, commercial program design, or sales-enablement roles
• Demonstrated experience developing or coordinating end-to-end strategic campaigns and promotions within a growth-oriented environment
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess performance, identify insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams with discipline
• Knowledge of strategic marketing and campaign development principles, with the ability to shape effective acquisition-focused programs
• Knowledge of the US wealth management industry and the products and services provided to key market segments that UBS serves
Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New Jersey - Weehawken min USD 105000 - max USD 130000 /annum
