$90K-$105K base salary (DOE & location)

What You'll Do- Train, coach, and develop a team of Sales Professionals
- Manage performance, career progression, turnover, and hiring

- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth implementation
- Partner closely with the VP of Operations to manage daily operations in the Nashville office
