about this team
The Brand Experience Operations Team is responsible for creating, managing, and driving the process and delivery of seasonal stories, experiences, and environments that bring the lululemon brand and innovations to life for our guests across all touchpoints. In partnership with the functional leaders of Brand Experience, and in service of a clear and engaging guest experience, this team focuses on ensuring a consistent, on time, and high-level delivery of our brand and product stories and experiences across stores, ecomm, and events.

a day in the life: what you'll do

As a key member of lululemon's Store Design team, you are the Operations Manager who supports NA Store Design who brings teams together and makes things happen. Reporting directly to the Manager, NA Store Design Operations, you work in partnership with assigned Global Brand Experience, Store Design, Visual Merchandising, Store Development (Construction), Retail Design Innovations, and others including Openings & Optimizations, Retail Operations, and Ambassador Program partners to deliver regional store design and retail brand experience initiatives. The Operations Manager for NA Store Design is a creative and innovative team leader who can deliver best in class initiatives to support business results in our stores and community.
  • Lead NA Store Design projects with cross-functional partners to completion on time and on budget.
  • Own and manage accurate data attributes for NA Store Fleet for all inflight and existing stores
  • Supports retail brand experience initiative ensuring smooth roll-outs within existing and new stores
  • Create workback schedules, budgets, and integrating a broad cross-functional delivery
  • Create and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships enabling connection and efficiency throughout complex projects
  • Foster Vendor Relationships (e.g. print, fabrication, install, material suppliers, signage)
  • Improve Workflows by creating Processes, Roles and Responsibilities, and other resources

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$103,500 - $135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
