Job Description

NA Consumer Buyer Growth StrategistConsultant - I9

This role drives retention and database growth for NA Consumer Marketing by identifying opportunities to expand our email marketable database, deepen engagement, and grow customer retention. You'll partner with the Global 1:1 Center of Excellence to generate targeted email campaigns with a best-in-class content plan aligned to the broader 360 Consumer Flywheel content ecosystem.

Based in our Round Rock office, you'll work as part of the NA Consumer work pod and partner closely with the email and rewards teams to bring your strategy to life. You'll improve how we integrate targeted email campaigns and retention efforts into our GTM plan, with differentiated business impact driven by spotting untapped opportunities and driving them to reality. If you're energized by pushing bold ideas forward and driving decisions to improve business results, this role is for you.

You will:

  • Identify pockets of opportunity to inform NA targeted lifecycle strategies: Analyze internal consumer data, retention and buyer loss insights, and external trends to uncover new audiences we should target with specific content to improve email resonance. Your goal: improve email resonance, deepen relationships with our customers, expand them into new lines of business, and drive repeat purchases.

  • Own identifying and executing new NA email sign-up tactics: Spot opportunities to grow our email marketable database across the entire marketing and Consumer Sales GTM plan. Test bold ideas, creative tactics, and new approaches across owned, earned, and paid channels to expand our reach and build a more engaged customer base.

  • Grow NA email-driven revenue: Partner with global 1:1 Communication Center of Excellence, working with email vehicle leads and strategy leads to weave high-value content and highly-targeted email campaigns into regional priorities.

  • Activate Rewards in NA: Identify new opportunities to pull Rewards into more campaign activations across paid, earned, and owned channels. Partner with Dell Rewards team to find innovative ways to drive engagement and integrate Rewards strategically into broader GTM efforts.

  • Track performance and drive accountability: Own the metrics that matter-marketability, engagement, revenue per marketable contact, and customer lifetime value. Use performance data to spot gaps, inform strategy, and drive continuous improvement.

Skills and experiences you will bring to this role:

  • Lifecycle and retention strategy: You understand what drives repeat purchase, customer loyalty, and database growth. You know how to analyze consumer behavior, segment audiences effectively, and design targeted engagements that keep customers coming back and expanding into new product lines.

  • Data-driven with creative instincts: You dig into performance metrics and consumer insights, but you also know how to translate what you're seeing into bold, innovative ideas. You spot patterns, identify whitespace, and craft strategies that break through the noise.

  • Comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity: You thrive in environments where you have freedom to operate and where the path forward isn't always clear. You don't wait for permission-you figure out what needs to happen and make it happen.

  • Energized by collaboration: You love working across teams and functions. You're positive, passionate, and bring energy to work. You challenge the status quo and push ideas forward, but you do it in a way that brings people along.

  • Influencer without authority: You know how to rally people around an idea and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders. You build strong relationships and use them to move work forward

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in lifecycle marketing, buyer growth programs, targeted marketing tactics, campaign planning, or related marketing roles

  • Strong strategic thinking paired with operational rigor - you can ideate and execute

  • Highly organized with a track record of managing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously

  • Proven track record of using data and insights to inform strategy and drive measurable business results

  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and pushing ideas forward across diverse stakeholders

  • Thrives in autonomous, collaborative, fast-paced environments where energy and passion fuel progress
