Your role and responsibilities

As an Application Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing or supporting scalable and resilient applications using various programming languages and frameworks. You will work on building microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures, leveraging your proficiency in front-end and back-end development.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
L2/L3 Support of applications using microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures, with a focus on domain-driven design and API-driven interfaces.
Develop Cloud-Native Applications: Design and develop cloud-native applications using microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures, with a focus on domain-driven design and API-driven interfaces.
Implement Front-End and Back-End Development: Apply strong skills in front-end development using frameworks like ReactJS or Angular, and back-end development using scalable and resilient backend microservices built on 12-factor principles.
Utilize Hyperscaler Cloud Services: Leverage proficiency in using hyperscaler cloud services and frameworks, including experience with event-driven applications using tools like Kafka and Zookeeper.
Manage Services on GCP or Azure Cloud: Manage and run services on GCP or Azure using various PaaS offerings, such as GKE, Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions.
Implement CI/CD and Test-Driven Development: Apply experience in cloud-native CI/CD for change release, and utilize test-driven development methodologies.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
