QC Micro Associate
Sun-Wed 6AM to 430PM Shift
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION:
The primary focus of the Quality Control (QC) Micro Associate, role will be to perform GMP testing to support product release and in-process testing. This role will also provide technical support and troubleshooting for microbiological tests.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
0-2+ years of regulated industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Perform GMP lot release and in-process testing for analytical and/or
microbiological test methods and perform data analysis using various
electronic instruments and computer systems.
• Quality Control and Environmental Monitoring of environmental and
microbiological testing.
• Complete sample collection, incubation, transferal, and data entry
supporting facility monitoring.
• Support document revisions, projects, CAPA and deviation/investigation related tasks and departmental continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist in the implementation of new assay methodologies and the
associated instruments.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Sample Management duties as assigned.

Compensation Overview:
Bothell - WA - US: $35.29 - $42.77per hour
The starting pay range(s) listed above is for full-time employees (FTE). You may also be eligible for additional discretionary incentive cash and stock opportunities. We determine starting pay thoughtfully - carefully considering the nature of the role, required skills, work location, schedule and the knowledge and experience you bring. Final compensation is guided by pay equity principles and applicable employment laws. Compensation programs are reviewed on an ongoing basis and may be adjusted over time to reflect evolving market factors, and individual, team or Company performance.
