Position SummaryThe primary focus of the Quality Control Associate is to support QC testing for in-process, final product, stability samples and for supporting environmental and facility monitoring. May assist with documentation updates, deviations, investigations and continuous improvement efforts.
Duties/ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities- Perform routine testing of in-process, final product and stability samples.
- Perform environmental/facilities monitoring and microbiological testing.
- May review GMP documentation and perform data verification.
- Perform document revision.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support document revision, deviations, CAPA's and investigations.
- May train analysts on general job duties.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Reporting RelationshipReport to shift 3 QC Manager, Microbiology.
QualificationsEducation and Experience- Bachelor's degree preferred in science. Associate degree with equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
- 0-2+ years of relevant microbiological or QC experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
- Demonstrated experience in microbiological techniques and basic laboratory safety procedures.
- Prior experience with microbiological techniques is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Ability to accurately and completely understand and follow procedures.
- Apply scientific principles to QC testing and the proper use of laboratory equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management about task status, roadblocks, and needs.
- Attention to detail and demonstrated organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize work.

Compensation Overview:Bothell - WA - US: $35.29 - $42.77per hour
The starting pay range(s) listed above is for full-time employees (FTE). You may also be eligible for additional discretionary incentive cash and stock opportunities. We determine starting pay thoughtfully - carefully considering the nature of the role, required skills, work location, schedule and the knowledge and experience you bring. Final compensation is guided by pay equity principles and applicable employment laws. Compensation programs are reviewed on an ongoing basis and may be adjusted over time to reflect evolving market factors, and individual, team or Company performance.
