The Senior Manager, Business Architecture will shape future-state operating models, define capability roadmaps, establish process governance and metrics, and lead cross-functional transformation efforts that improve scalability, efficiency, seller experience, and business agility.
This role is responsible for leading a team of business architects and process practitioners while driving alignment across complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Enterprise Business Architecture & TransformationThis is a great opportunity to be a part of end to end transformation for Enterprise Sales at Adobe! You will partner closely with process owners to connect future state design across the end-to-end sales experience, with a unique vantage point to curate the optimal solutions for our sellers. As the lead for the business architecture practice, you will establish and uphold process metrics and capability roadmaps.
Capability Roadmaps - Define and maintain capability roadmaps aligned to business priorities, growth strategies, and operational maturity goals.
- Ensure business architecture deliverables and roadmaps are tied to measurable business outcomes and enterprise priorities.
Process Governance & Operational Excellence- Establish governance frameworks and standards for business process development, documentation, measurement, and ongoing enhancement.
- Define process metrics, and operational health indicators to measure effectiveness, adoption, scalability, and transformation progress.
- Partner with analytics and operations teams to develop reporting and insights that support prioritization and decision-making.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Technology Partnership- Translate business strategy and operational needs into business architecture artifacts and high-level business requirements.
- Collaborate with technology teams to enable business capabilities through CRM, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Facilitate alignment and decision-making across Enterprise Sales and with our partner organizations.
People Leadership- Lead, coach, and develop a team of business architects and process practitioners.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, encouraging critical thinking, and continuous improvement.
- Support organizational capability building in business architecture, process excellence, and transformation methodologies.
Qualifications:- 7+ years of progressive experience in business architecture, process transformation, operational excellence, management consulting, or enterprise transformation roles.
- Strong expertise in business architecture frameworks and methodologies, including capability modeling, value streams, operating models, customer journeys, and process architecture.
- Experience defining process metrics, operational governance frameworks, and continuous improvement practices.
- Strong partnership experience with IT, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams delivering CRM, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Prior people leadership experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process excellence certification strongly desired.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or a related field.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $131,700 -- $278,750 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $192,500 - $278,750
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
