POSITION SUMMARY
  • Transition new billing teams into Radiology Partners' Revenue Cycle operations.
  • Analyze daily metrics to ensure service quality and performance standards.
  • Identify and implement Revenue Cycle process improvements and special projects
  • Establish effective communication between billing teams and RCM resources, including Coding, Analytics, and IT.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to foster collaboration and drive results.


DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, collections, medical billing, CPT/ICD-9/ICD-10 coding, financial reporting, and collections processes; radiology RCM experience preferred.
  • Experience with billing systems, payer setup/configuration, and advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint skills.
  • Proven ability to lead process improvement projects, manage competing priorities, and adapt to change.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to balance strategic and detailed thinking.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience) with 7+ years of related experience, including 4-5+ years of revenue cycle supervisory experience in a fast-paced, high-volume managed care environment.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $97,700 - $146,500. Final determinations may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
