Other Forms of Compensation: Job SummaryThis individual will be responsible for supporting and managing a program of operational initiatives designed to help business partners drive value from information. You will be required to provide business leaders with concise, high-quality information, which they can leverage to identify business opportunities and potential threats.
Key Responsibilities:- Executes on a defined strategy, working closely with various teams across the organization
- Develops data controls and associated documentation
- Establishes best practices related to data collection, data integrity, story-telling, and delivery
- Continues to grow the offerings and results related to data
- Analyzes business data to identify patterns and correlations among various data points
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Sciences, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
- 5 years' experience delivering analytics, insight, BI or reporting solutions to customers
- Ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data; as well as clearly communicate findings and recommendations
- Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly skilled in Excel, pivot tables, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI
