PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design equipment for assembly and testing of our products
  • Manage projects for creating new processes and equipment design as needed
  • Be proactive at solving problems and learning new techniques to increase production safety and efficiency
  • Support day to day manufacturing activities
  • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned
  • Collaborate professionally with team and peers

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be willing to do occasional travel. Some international travel may be required
  • Have experience working in manufacturing environments.
  • Proficient using CAD software
  • Applies creative thinking to develop innovative and effective solutions
  • Demonstrates self-driven initiative and curiosity in identifying and solving problems
  • Taking responsibility for work ethic and actions

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong work ethic and detail oriented
  • Team player with ability to work well in cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-starter willing to take on complex challenges
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in manufacturing environments
  • ESP experience preferred
