Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and hands-on experience with Profisee MDM. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SQL, data mapping, data modeling, data validation, data quality, data integration, and master data relationships. The role will involve gathering requirements, collaborating with business and technical teams, supporting UAT, maintaining documentation, and working within Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements related to Master Data Management.
• Work with business and technical teams to understand MDM requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Support Profisee MDM implementation, configuration, and related business analysis activities.
• Develop and maintain data mappings, data models, and data validation requirements.
• Analyze master data relationships and support data integration and ETL activities.
• Support data quality initiatives and identify data issues, inconsistencies, and validation requirements.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, validation, defect identification, and resolution tracking.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, requirements, process flows, and related project artifacts.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure MDM solutions align with business requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative delivery processes.
Required Qualifications
• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Master Data Management (MDM).
• Hands-on experience with Profisee MDM.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with data mapping, data modeling, and data validation.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience working with both business and technical teams.
• Knowledge of ETL, data quality, data integration, and master data relationships.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience creating and maintaining technical and functional documentation.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical industry.
