Role & Responsibilities:Dassault Systèmes is seeking a Model Based Systems Engineering Consultant to advise customers on business process transformation and support the implementation of 3DEXPERIENCE and CATIA Model Based Systems Engineering solutions.
In this role, the consultant will help customers create CATIA Magic/Cameo Systems Engineering models, deliver Virtual Twin as a Service (VTaaS) and Virtual Twin Experiences on the 3DEXPERIENCE cloud, and support the successful adoption and go-live of MBSE processes and solutions.
The consultant will work closely with Dassault Systèmes internal teams and customer stakeholders to support value engagement activities, including value commitment, value delivery, and gate reviews. This role will also contribute to internal and external Systems Engineering communities through knowledge sharing, best practices, publications, and presentations.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree required; Systems Engineering, Engineering, or related technical degree preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role, or 1-2+ years with a Systems Engineering master's degree or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering, requirements engineering, systems architecture design, and systems simulation
- Experience with modeling languages and frameworks such as SysML, Modelica, UAF, and MagicGrid
- Hands-on experience with CATIA Magic/Cameo/MagicDraw, Dymola, and 3DEXPERIENCE preferred
- Knowledge of collaborative platforms, PLM, ENOVIA, Systems/Software, or Application Lifecycle Management solutions
- Experience developing processes, methodologies, and best practices for MBSE solutions
- Strong consulting background with experience working through a project delivery lifecycle
- Ability to understand customer expectations, objectives, and business transformation needs
- Customer-oriented communication style with strong written and verbal English skills
- Ability to provide technical leadership in customer engagements
- Interest in supporting Virtual Twin Experiences, Model Based Systems Engineering, and advanced digital engineering projects across industries such as Aerospace & Defense, AI Factories, Data Centers, Autonomous Vehicles, Rail Infrastructure, and related environments

Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $104000 and $130000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
