ResponsibilitiesThe Master Automotive Technician is responsible for accurately diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest dealership and manufacturer standards while ensuring optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic concerns.
- Perform advanced repairs and maintenance to Porsche standards.
- Accurately document all diagnostics, repairs, and services.
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Service Team to ensure timely workflow.
- Support and mentor technicians with technical expertise.
Qualifications- Required: Minimum 3 years of Kia dealership experience as a Master Technician.
- ASE and other manufacturer certifications preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- High-producing, efficient, and detail-oriented.
- Commitment to quality, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Compensation- The estimated hourly production rate range for this position is $33.80 - $50.00.
