Masonry Restoration Project Manager Description:- Complete oversight of repair & restoration projects
- Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent/Foreman to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget; investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
- Manage self perform project operations including estimating, bid process, production tracking, financial monitoring, and reporting.
- Attend project meetings
- Develop client relationships, resolve client issues
- Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers
- Ensure permitting and compliance with local ordinance
Qualifications: - 5 years of experience in brick/stone/terracotta/facade repair or an equivalent level of education combined with experience.
- Knowledge of construction project management software. Familiarity with Procore is ideal.
- Previous experience with self perform estimating and project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related degree is preferred.
