  • Help ensure consistency of messaging, claims usage, and supporting references across promotional materials.
  • Monitor content updates and coordinate implementation of approved changes across applicable assets and channels.
  • Assist with periodic audits and reconciliations to confirm that only active, approved materials remain in market use.
  • Support incorporation of foundational components in internal AI/creative systems

Cross-Functional Coordination & Business Support

  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support agency management activities including asset updates, review coordination, and execution tracking.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve overall content quality.
  • Support integrated marketing planning and operational execution across the T1D portfolio.
  • Assist with budget tracking, project documentation, meeting coordination, and reporting as needed.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of T1D commercial strategy, key customer audiences, and promotional objectives to help enable effective execution.
  • Lead the development and execution of content operations plans, establishing priorities, timelines, roles, and governance across cross-functional workstreams.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational risks, resource constraints, and competing priorities, escalating critical issues and recommending solutions to leadership.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess review-cycle efficiency, content quality, and operational effectiveness, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
