Full Job Description
The Role

We're looking for someone responsible for the strategic execution and measurement of our content presence online. This is a content and production role - you'll build and execute our marketing content (social media, video, photo, campaigns, SEO/online presence) across every channel we show up on. Our CEO and our product are the face of the brand; this role is responsible for the planning, production, and execution behind everything we put out.

Our product serves litigation firms, not typical consumers, so some comfort with complex or technical subject matter is a plus - but we don't expect deep litigation or legal industry knowledge on day one. That's something you'll build over time with support from the team; what matters most is strong marketing and content fundamentals.

You'll work closely with our CEO, who is launching a new podcast and is active on LinkedIn, and report directly to our Chief of Staff. You'll have real ownership over Parambil's content and how we show up online.

What You'll Own

Content Creation & Production
  • Shoot and edit video and photo content (podcast clips, events, customer moments, product features)
  • Develop and execute content production roadmap
  • Manage our Instagram, LinkedIn - planning and posting, not necessarily appearing on camera yourself
  • Manage and update our website (Webflow) - blog posts, landing pages, and new feature/product pages, keeping content current and on-brand
  • Post 2-3x/week across appropriate channels

Marketing Plans
  • Monitor and improve our SEO and GEO (generative/AI search optimization) so Parambil surfaces well both in traditional search and in AI-powered search and chat tool
  • Produce customer case studies and testimonials to showcase results and build credibility with prospective firms
  • Ensure brand consistency across all external communications (check against brand guidelines)
  • Run paid social/ad campaigns (Meta ads, etc.)

Go-to-Market Fluency
  • Develop sales enablement collateral (one-pagers, deck assets, battlecards) in partnership with the sales team
  • Partner cross-functionally with GTM and CSM teams on messaging and content for our customers

Podcast
  • Produce our CEO's new podcast end-to-end - planning, guest outreach and scheduling, logistics for filming, editing, publishing, and promotion.
  • Our CEO is the host and face of the podcast; you make sure it happens and looks/sounds great

Marketing & Client Events (as needed)
  • Pitch in on marketing and client events when they come up - helping organize, marketing materials, and logistics

Who You Are

  • You have marketing experience (social, content, paid ads)
  • You're a fast learner who can get genuinely fluent in a complex product and a specific industry (litigation) quickly
  • You're skilled at video editing and comfortable being behind the camera producing
  • Bonus: experience with podcast production, event planning in a professional services context, or marketing to a legal/medical audience

Why This Role Matters

Litigation firms don't respond to typical consumer marketing - they respond to credibility, specificity, and relationships. This role is how Parambil builds both: a brand presence that speaks their language online, and a physical presence at the conferences and events where they actually make buying decisions.
