Full Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to support the Global Seller Development team and serve as the marketing lead for one of our seller education programs. You will report into the Head of Global Seller Development Marketing to support audience engagement strategies, shape compelling content and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns. You'll collaborate across Marketing, Brand Development, Analytics, Product Marketing and more to deliver experiences that inspire brands and sellers to growth on eBay!
What you will accomplish:
• Support end-to-end marketing and communications strategy for webinars, including audience segmentation, invitation strategy, email campaigns, landing pages, and more.
• Develop compelling messaging and content that clearly communicates the value of eBay's advertising solutions to emerging brands and sellers.
• Build and lead high-quality marketing assets including emails, presentations, one-pagers, webinar collateral, and digital content, working closely with design and subject matter experts.
• Monitor the effectiveness of all communications and educational through feedback and performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations and improvements.
• Conceptualize and implement seller-centric content campaigns that celebrate seller success and highlight seller growth journeys on eBay.
What you will bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, English, Communications or related field.
• 4 years of relevant marketing experience in a direct sale, B2B or B2C organization (bonus points for experience in eCommerce media/ad sales).
• Experience in identifying and telling highly data-driven stories gleaned from first and third-party data.
• Advocate for quality, bringing an eye for detail.
• Self-starter who seeks out growth opportunities and projects and is capable of completing them start-to-finish cross-functionally.

• Self-starter, ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage through ambiguity.

Additional Details
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$86,800 - $150,100
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
