Job DescriptionMarketing Managers are responsible for the planning and implementation of projects that support the marketing function. The role involves working individually or with a team to recommend actions, schedule and plan projects, analyze economic considerations, estimate costs, and manage projects to completion.
All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, implement, and manage marketing projects from inception to completion.
- Recommend actions and strategies to support marketing objectives.
- Schedule and coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
- Analyze economic considerations and estimate project costs.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure successful project execution.
This is a Hybrid position to be located in our Austin, TX office location. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications:- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Experience in marketing, consulting, market research, insights, marketing analytics, business analytics, corporate or agency environments.
- Experience conducting analysis of primary quantitative and qualitative market research data.
- Experience leading and managing large market research tracking programs at a large global organization or for a large global client.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Experience in analyzing and synthesizing information to drive insights and strategic business decisions.
- Experience transitioning from technical research perspectives to practical business considerations.
- Experience presenting complex analyses in an easily digestible format for senior management and client consumption.
- Experience uncovering insights using multiple sources of data, identifying trends, outliers, and limitations.
- Experience organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in payments or financial institutions.
- Experience managing senior-level stakeholder feedback.
- Experience partnering with senior-level business leaders to meet deadlines.
- Experience working independently within complex and ambiguous environments.
- Experience handling and prioritizing multiple project workstreams simultaneously.
Information for US ApplicantsFor roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $121,100.00 to $ 193,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
