Job PurposeThe Marketing Manager drives brand growth, elevates market presence, and executes comprehensive marketing initiatives. This role requires an agile marketer who can seamlessly shift between plan coordination and hands-on execution across any marketing discipline. We are looking for an agile marketer who combines creative thinking with strong analytical skills to manage dealer and agency relationships. This role is pivotal in promoting CASE Construction products, services, and values to diverse customer segments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that promote CASE Construction Equipment products and services across marketing channels
- Lead cross-functional teams on brand-building initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Support strategic planning and budgeting for marketing initiatives, ensuring resource alignment with brand priorities
- Collaborate with internal teams-including product marketing, network development, finance, sales, and communications
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize future marketing efforts
- Manage relationships with agencies and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality execution of marketing projects
- Adapt global strategies to regional market, working closely with the global teams to achieve brand initiatives
- Ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all customer touchpoints, internal communications, and external materials
Experience Required- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing or related roles, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors
- 10+ years of experience in integrated marketing and digital strategy

Preferred QualificationsPay TransparencyThe annual salary for this role is USD $137,475,000.00 - $210,795,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
