Job Summary:

Joining CAT Digital, you will play an integral part of the business as you will supervise and lead the eCommerce digital marketing team that includes digital marketing with optimized customer journeys & paid marketing media plans to acquire and retain eCommerce customers.

What You Will Do:
  • Develops, manages, and executes the global eCommerce paid media plans to achieve customer acquisition, retention, and revenue goals.
  • Manages a team of paid media experts, marketing strategist & consultants along with agencies to achieve business results
  • Manages a significant paid media budget while achieving world-class ROAS and conversion rates
  • Collaborates deeply with internal business partners, dealers, and agencies to achieve eCommerce results through multi-platform digital marketing tactics.
  • Leads a culture of inclusion, thought leadership, deep partnerships, professional development, and high employee engagement
  • Overseeing research of multiple requests from business development leaders across the country.
  • Developing, recommending and implementing market research plans for key products and services; collaborating on brand positioning, databases and direct response.
  • Developing strategic plans for expansion of existing brands and development of new products or services; coordinating the implementation of plans.
  • Presenting overall marketing plans and strategic direction for region to senior management for funding approval and support

Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants and suppliers).

  • Extensive experience with paid media marketing execution
  • Supervisory, paid media agency management
  • Multi-channel paid media tactics (eCommerce focused preferred)
  • Multi-country marketing plans (eCommerce focused preferred)
  • Paid media collaboration plans with distributors / dealers
  • Paid media execution experience with a Fortune 500 company
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).

Summary Pay Range:

$159,120.00 - $238,680.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
