What You'll Do- Own and execute the overall marketing strategy and content calendar across all channels.
- Lead social media presence on Twitter/X and LinkedIn to grow audience, engagement, and inbound interest.
- Ghostwrite high-quality content for founders communicating product vision, platform insights, and key wins.
- Translate complex, technical product concepts into clear, compelling narratives for a technical audience.
- Develop and refine brand voice, positioning, and storytelling across channels, experimenting with formats and doubling down on what works.
- Identify high-leverage event opportunities - conferences, hackathons, and technical communities - where the target audience already gathers.
- Plan and execute memorable events that reinforce brand and generate pipeline.
- Support team members with event presence, including talks and speaking engagements.
- Use analytics tools to measure content performance and continuously optimize strategy.
What We're Looking For- Proven experience in marketing, content, or community roles at early-stage startups, with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
- Strong track record of growing social accounts (Twitter/X, LinkedIn) and building company brand from the ground up.
- Portfolio of writing that demonstrates the ability to understand technical products and explain them accurately and compellingly.
- Experience planning and running events, meetups, or community programs end-to-end.
- Background marketing AI/ML, developer tools, or technical platforms.
- Genuine enthusiasm for frontier AI models and the RL ecosystem.
- Strong network within the RL research, RL engineering, or broader startup/developer community.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and growth strategies for social and content.
