Marketing Director

Role summary

PixMob is seeking a Marketing Director to lead and unify our brand, growth, and communication efforts. As we expand into new global territories and product categories, we need a leader who can operationalize our creative vision, streamline priorities, and scale our marketing engine to support rapid growth.

Your mission, while working closely with the VP Marketing & Sales and the two directors of expertise, is to lead the marketing team, foster cross-functional alignment with other departments and build the go-to-market (GTM) frameworks necessary to support our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Planning
  • Develop and execute the annual marketing roadmap, ensuring all strategies and tactics align with corporate growth objectives.
  • Oversee the total marketing budget and OPEX management, ensuring a high ROI on all departmental spendings.
  • Manage the marketing technology stack to ensure the team has the automated tools and data flow required to win.
  • Establish and maintain a marketing dashboard for the management team, providing regular reporting on KPIs, lead generation, and brand impact.

2. GTM & Integrated Campaigns
  • Lead the charge on go-to-market strategies for new products, solutions, and geographic territories.
  • Work closely with the Brand and Growth experts to develop & deploy integrated, multi-channel campaigns with clear KPIs and performance tracking.
  • Support with local marketing or media initiatives to help amplify our brand in Quebec

3. Cross-Functional Bridge & Intelligence
  • Act as the primary liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Product R&D to ensure our product roadmap reflects actual market demand.
  • Lead market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend tracking to keep PixMob ahead of the curve.
  • Support regional offices (Europe & Japan) by providing the frameworks and assets needed for localized marketing success.

4. Customer Experience & Partnerships
  • Foster a customer-centric culture by implementing success strategies, feedback loops, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Manage and leverage major corporate partnerships to expand brand reach and credibility.

5. Internal Culture & Communication
  • Oversee internal communications and employee experience initiatives to reinforce PixMob's unique culture across all global offices.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 12+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a team management or departmental head role.
  • Industry background: Proven track record in live events, music, sports, or experiential technology an asset.
  • Team Management: Proven ability to lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams (Creative, Digital...) to deliver cohesive, world-class work.
  • Data & Analytics: Data-driven and results-oriented. Proficient in marketing analytics and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). You are comfortable building dashboards and extracting actionable insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: A natural "bridge-builder" who can effectively collaborate with Sales, Product R&D, and Production teams to align priorities.
  • Adaptability: You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where being resourceful and autonomous is the key to success.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is essential for internal and external collaboration.
