OverviewMarketing & Communication Director
Zelienople, PA - Full-Time, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Marketing & Communication Director is responsible for leading the marketing and sales strategy for Passavant Community, including Independent Living, Personal Care, Memory Support, and Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care services. The Director develops and executes strategies that support strong occupancy, generate qualified prospects, strengthen the community's reputation and brand, and contribute to the organization's long-term strategic and financial objectives.
The Marketing & Communication Director provides leadership to the marketing and sales team and works collaboratively with the Executive Director and other members of the leadership team to ensure that the community's marketing promise aligns with the resident experience.
Qualifications
The Marketing & Communication Director qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, public relations, sales, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, business development, communications, or a related field, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or another relationship-based service industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies that produce measurable results.
- Experience using CRM, digital marketing, social media, website analytics, and other contemporary marketing tools.
- Ability to analyze market and sales data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
