Position Title: Market Executive - Wealth Management

Business Unit: WM - FNTC

Reports to: Managing Executive Director of Sales and Service Group

Position Overview:

This position is primarily responsible for creating incremental revenue growth within assigned markets in terms of organic, expansion and intra Wealth Management (WM) sales. The incumbent is responsible for successful tactical plan execution and direct and indirect reporting of all assigned WM team members to ensure achievement of financial goals and business plan results within the assigned markets. The incumbent collaborates and engages with the assigned WM team and managers, internal business partners and Centers of Influence within assigned markets to advance WM's brand and profile.

Primary Responsibilities:

Establishes vision and direction, manages the execution of that vision, coaches and motivates while driving high financial performance and mentors for personal growth and career development. Serves as the designated primary WM leader and manager within assigned markets and coordinates appropriate Intra WM activities.

Creates new incremental revenue sales opportunities for all WM team members within assigned markets through individual, team and peer internal business partners' sales activities. Provides direct supervision of Market Leadership Team Members and indirect supervision, direction, coaching and mentoring of WM team members within assigned markets.

Develops effective sales and service integration activities to insure appropriate activities are being conducted consistent with adopted market strategies, market tactics and sales and service standards and evaluates organic, expansion and retention sales efforts.

Maintains regular and routine contact and communication with Centers of Influence, internal business partners and peer level managers to promote and advocate WM's desired vision for growth, strategic initiatives, profile and brand within the assigned markets.

Actively collaborates with various WM professionals and disciplines to assist in identifying and developing the best business opportunities and provides sales assistance to achieve growth expectations from an organic and expansion sales perspective. Develops operating business plans and exercises oversight of revenue growth initiatives within assigned markets.

Identifies, communicates and coordinates areas of opportunity for improvement within functional management of respective business units such as training, products, solutions sales and service standards, operating efficiencies etc. Works directly with Managing Executives or respective groups to monitor activities and behaviors of WM team members within assigned markets.

Develops market operating business plans to formulate tactical initiatives consistent with WM strategic objectives. Provides oversight and direction on the execution and implementation of tactical initiatives to insure financial and business outcomes and results and develops appropriate metrics and management reports to evaluate, communicate progress and achievement level of initiatives.

Provides regular updates and communications to Executive Leadership Team on progress, challenges and staff performance within the assigned markets. Assesses resources required to accomplish expected results with executive management on feasibility and justification.

Conducts regular and routine meetings with Market Leadership Team and WM team members within the assigned markets to communicate progress, evaluate opportunities, seek observations on best opportunities and coordinates development of appropriate action plans.

Adopts, advocates and effectively practices the guiding principles and tenets of the F.N.B. Wealth Management endorsed Leadership Doctrine and Best Practices Coaching guidelines.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
