Job Title: Manufacturing Quality Engineer

As a Manufacturing Quality Engineer, you will help identify, reduce, and control manufacturing and process risks, ensuring our products consistently meet customer expectations and quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Analyze manufacturing performance data to identify risks, uncover improvement opportunities, and support data-driven decision making across the production environment.
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional problem solving, using quality tools and corrective action processes to improve product and process performance.
  • Monitor quality trends and key performance indicators (KPIs), developing meaningful reporting that helps teams take proactive action and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support customer protection efforts by coordinating containment activities and implementing effective solutions for high-risk quality concerns.
  • Contribute to internal audits, product audits, and quality initiatives, helping maintain compliance and strengthen quality systems across the business.
  • Promote a culture of quality, safety, and operational excellence by supporting training activities and driving adherence to established quality standards and procedures.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Technology, Process Engineering, or a related field, and at least 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing quality, supplier quality, process quality, or manufacturing operations.
  • Working knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GD&T, capability analysis, corrective action methodologies, and design for manufacturability principles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Word.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Professional certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Supplier Quality Engineer (CSQE), or similar credentials are a plus.
