  • Drive continuous improvement in supply planning practices through advanced systems and data visibility.

Job Title: Global Lead Planner, Supply Planning

The Impact You'll Make

Danfoss is seeking a Global Supply Planning Manager to lead global supply planning visibility across DCLC. This role is responsible for balancing demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and customer commitments while driving alignment across production sites, operations, procurement, and planning teams. The position leads S&OE supply coordination, manages delivery and inventory risks, and supports data-driven supply chain decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Develop and maintain global supply plans balancing demand, material availability, capacity, inventory, and customer delivery priorities.
• Monitor global inventory, OTD, delinquency, backlog, capacity constraints, and supply risks across product families, regions, Lines of Business, segmentation groups, aging, and coverage positions.
• Lead global S&OE supply and OTD performance reviews, translating risks into mitigation and recovery plans with sites and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate supply recovery actions across Materials Management, production sites, Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and OFRs.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning standard work, decision quality, system discipline, and visibility across SAP/IBP, ERP/MRP, Power BI, PLM, and master data.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Analytics, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in supply planning, production planning, inventory planning, capacity planning, SIOP, or S&OE.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using ERP/MRP planning systems and business intelligence tools.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SAP, IBP, Power BI, PLM, and global manufacturing environments.
• Experience in inventory optimization, scenario planning, and cross-functional supply chain leadership.

Job Criteria
• Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management, capacity planning, and customer delivery performance.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
• Ability to translate complex supply challenges into actionable recommendations and business decisions.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
