Onsite Job - Manufacturing Planner 3 Work Location: San Antonio, TX
Shift: 4x10 (A shift: Sun-Wed, B shift: Wed-Sat), 2nd shift
OT/Weekend Work: Will be opportunity for OT but not mandated
Associate Must Shift: Second
Start Time: 2:30 PM
End Time: 10:00 PM

Position Responsibilities: - Plans and leads department/organization processes for developing, implementing and maintaining various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration.
- Develops and plans manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives.
- Prepares build analyses and cost estimate reports.
- Leads integration of complex suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.
- Participates in source selection to ensure manufacturing requirements are met.
- Develops complex tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering requirements.
- Manages tooling from initial design to end of use disposition.
- Leads investigation and resolution of complex or systemic manufacturing related issues.
- Leads teams performing producibility assessments of design concepts.
- Leads development of complex work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments.
- Drafts, updates and reviews processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements.
- Reviews and implements non-conformance requirements into shop floor work orders and supplier specifications.
- Translates design requirements Electronic Bill of Materials (EBOM) into Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) to create and maintain part demand within the program production system.
Required Skills/Qualifications: - 5+ years manufacturing planning experience with electrical systems.
- Experience with GOLD.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications: - Boeing experience preferred.
Physical Requirements: - Work in a factory environment and able to withstand those conditions (walking, going up and down steps and scaffolding).
Education / Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).
